  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts focused on customer-facing and partner-facing technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide direction on requirements discovery, solution design, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between BA workload, organizational priorities, and technology roadmaps.
  • Define and maintain KPIs that measure product performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to use data to support recommendations and executive-level reporting

Product & Solution Ownership

  • Lead the team responsible for the definition of operational requirements in line with the addition of new customer products or platforms, contractor applications, route assignation tools, CRM systems, and mobile apps.
  • Work closely with Product Management and IT Development to design enhancements, resolve constraints, and ensure delivery of scalable, reliable solutions that work.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Technology for all customer-/partner-facing products.
  • Shape and influence product roadmaps based on operational needs, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices.

Operational Analysis & Optimization

  • Guide the team in analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements that elevate customer and Independent Delivery Contractor (IDC) experience.
  • Lead or support initiatives involving transportation systems, route assignation and driver governance methodologies, station workflows, and logistics analytics.

Project Delivery & Change Management

  • Oversee project planning, risk identification, scope definition, and milestone delivery for BA-led initiatives.
  • Ensure quality documentation, including BRDs, user stories, user flows, business rules, process maps, UAT plans, and POC and pilot strategies.
  • Validate new systems and enhancements through structured test plans, UAT leadership, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Support implementation and deployment efforts across Intelcom’s network (e.g., rollout planning, station selection, change communication strategy, training coordination).

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with Operations leadership, Technology teams, Product, Finance, Customer Experience as well as the IDC management team.
  • Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication regarding project status, risks, and decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations, negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in business analysis, product/technology delivery, or operations within logistics or transportation.
  • Proven experience managing or leading Business Analysts or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in courier logistics (Last-Mile, Middle-Mile) tools, including customer-facing technologies, mobile applications, route optimization and assignation, TMS/WMS systems, Vehicle Routing systems (VRS) and logistics platforms.
  • Excellent and empathetic communicator with strong leadership facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to guide teams through complex, evolving and changing environments.
  • Able to make decisions quickly while balancing risk and operational impact.
  • Bilingual in English & French (strongly preferred, often required).
