We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Salesforce solutions and bring strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and administration, with a focus on the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce implementations.

In this role, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
- Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
- Provide domain-specific insights to tailor Salesforce solutions for Life and Annuities Insurance processes.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and presentations to communicate solutions and system capabilities to stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in Salesforce projects.
- Strong background in Salesforce Configuration and Administration.
- Hands-on experience with SFDC Sales Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Work Authorization:
Cognizant will consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the Canada without the need of employer sponsorship.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $129,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
