Permacon est le leader et chef de file dans la fabrication de produits de béton destinés aux marchés de l’aménagement extérieur et de la maçonnerie. Permacon qui compte 9 usines au Québec et en Ontario, est une division d’ Oldcastle APG .
Nous sommes activement à la recherche d’un Superviseur de maintenance , pour venir soutenir et diriger l’équipe de maintenance, à notre usine située à Anjou.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des opérations, le Superviseur de maintenance aura notamment les responsabilités suivantes :
- Appliquer les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, puis maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire, harmonieux et efficace
- Participer aux activités de santé et sécurité
- Planifier la maintenance des machines et équipements
- Faire la gestion des budgets de maintenance
- Effectuer le suivi des réparations et planifier les arrêts des machines
- Gestion de l'équipe de maintenance du site
- Analyser les rapports de temps d'arrêt
- Établir et optimiser la gestion des stocks de pièces
- Toute autre tâche liée au poste
Qualifications Requises
- Diplôme d’études collégial ou DEP en mécanique industrielle, électromécanique, électricité ou instrumentation
- Minimum de 2 années d’expérience de supervision en milieu syndiqué et manufacturier
- Habiletés démontrées de leadership
- Détenir une licence C : un atout
- Initiative et sens de l’urgence
- Soucis du détail et précision
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
- Connaissance ou avoir travaillé avec un Système de Maintenance Préventive
- Anglais parlé et écrit un atout.
