We are growing our Canadian team and seeking a Senior Sales Executive who can take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and meeting quarterly and annual targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business.

  • Identify and engage decision-makers across corporate learning, HR, and L&D functions.

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal experts to design and present custom learning solutions that meet client needs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and ROI.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Represent PulseLearning at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our brand.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the leadership team.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Learning & Development, SaaS, or professional services.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and design effective learning solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Confidence working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally (up to 25%).
