Track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and overall business results. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing sound judgment, business acumen, and a solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges. Evaluate and optimize financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility within a Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role. CPA designation is considered an asset. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate financial information into meaningful business recommendations. Demonstrated leadership experience developing teams, building positive culture, managing performance, and navigating difficult conversations when required. Deep understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and internal controls. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business planning. Proven ability to lead through change, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives to completion. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, accountability, and hands-on leadership are critical to success.
