Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Development, the Senior Manager, Development will contribute to the growth and diversification of the CFC’s revenues, with a primary focus on stewardship and cultivation of individual and corporate donors.
The selected candidate will work closely with colleagues on the Creative Impact team to ensure a seamless donor/sponsor journey. They will also collaborate with the Programs team to find alignments between their work and the interests of prospective donors.
Responsibilities:
- 
Identify prospective donors and sponsors 
- 
Manage cultivation and stewardship of individual donors and corporate donors/sponsors 
- 
Generate funds through a variety of contribution types, including unrestricted gifts, program support, event sponsorships, and legacy gifts 
- 
Oversee the work of the Senior Development Officer, Philanthropy, as they cultivate and steward public sector and foundation funders 
- 
Work with the Senior Development Officer, Philanthropy, to enhance the CFC’s annual giving program 
- 
Lead the development and execution of donor journeys, in collaboration with Creative Impact colleagues, to ensure strong stewardship 
- 
Contribute to telling the story of the CFC’s impact, in collaboration with the Manager, Creative Impact and Outreach 
Required Qualifications:
- 
5-7 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising 
- 
Demonstrated track record of identifying prospects and cultivating gifts 
- 
Comfortable working directly with high-net-worth individuals and corporate leaders 
- 
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools 
- 
Pro-active and self-motivated 
- 
Creative thinker 
- 
Ability to meet competing deadlines 
Assets:
Experience having at least one direct report
Knowledge of the arts sector and/or film industry
