Technical Project Manager (Enterprise Applications Delivery )
About the role
We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale software deployment programs. This role requires hands-on leadership across enterprise application implementations, and complex software development programs. A primary focus will be leading the deployment of insurance-specific technology solutions while also supporting select business-led transformation initiatives.
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations, including large-scale insurance technology platform rollouts.
- Develop and execute robust project plans spanning scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk controls.
- Lead full SDLC delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and on-time execution.
- Drive collaboration across engineering, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Align technology initiatives with strategic business priorities and outcomes.
- Deliver concise, executive-level reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and organizational change frameworks.
Desired Skills and Experience * Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise software and insurance technology deployments at scale.
* Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) with full lifecycle execution experience.
* Experience managing ERP implementations, enterprise system integrations, data conversions, and cloud-based platforms.
* Solid understanding of insurance operations, workflows, and regulatory environments.
* Advanced capability in project planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk control.
*Proven leadership of cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholder groups.
* Experience operating within structured governance, compliance, and organizational change frameworks.
* Strong executive communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
