About the role

ROSNO Property Management and Leasing is a diversified property management company located in Halifax are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Administrator!

Responsibilities:

  • Working in-office Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Manage and update tenant leases and maintain account information
  • Produce all tenant and superintendent communications
  • Reception coverage, incoming phone calls, email, and respond to enquiries
  • Maintaining other company records, preparing reports, excel spreadsheets, writing letters, filing, ordering supplies, and organizing the office
  • Advertising on social media and maintaining the company website

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in property administration
  • Experience with lease packages, tenant and superintendent communications
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Property Management software – Yardi an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge with social media platforms - specifically Instagram and Facebook
