We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing consulting environment, and takes full ownership of project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery success across Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, relationship driven and comfortable collaborating with global teams and stakeholders, adapting to diverse perspectives and time zones to deliver successful outcomes. We are seeking someone who can independently manage project scope, drive execution across cross-functional teams, and build trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate brings a strong balance of delivery discipline, consulting presence, adaptability, and cultural alignment with a collaborative, fast-paced, and ownership-oriented environment.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of WMS implementation projects, partnering closely with system analysts, technical architects, and client stakeholders. This role focuses on planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong consulting presence, structured delivery discipline, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional implementations across global teams and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery accountability for WMS implementations, from initiation through go-live and post-go-live stabilization Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans and allocations, budgets, and delivery milestones Serve as the primary client contact for project execution, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout the lifecycle Proactively manage project scope, dependencies, risks, and change requests to ensure successful outcomes Lead project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation management and executive-level communications Drive execution momentum and accountability across all stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope Facilitate requirements workshops, design discussion sessions, implementation planning sessions, and milestone reviews in collaboration technical and functional teams Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and scope changes through structured change management processes Ensure adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, implementation standards, and quality expectations across all project phases Support go-live planning and execution, including cutover coordination and hypercare oversight Drive accountability across all stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and outcomes achieved Travel as required to client sites for key project phases, workshops, and go-live activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information technology, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in supply chain or enterprise software implementations Experience delivering WMS implementations (Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie, Manhattan, or equivalent) strongly preferred Proven experience managing full project lifecycles in a client-facing consulting environment Strong understanding of system implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) Experience managing cross-functional teams including technical and functional resources Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Communication Language

English (required) French or Spanish is an asset
