Responsibilities
Culture and Inclusion Learning Team Student Support will provide entry level support in the areas of administrative services. The incumbent will be responsible for program administration to assist with the setup, maintenance, and organization of learning initiatives across platforms (e.g., Learn, OWL, or other digital tools). In addition, support logistical will help prepare and coordinate in-person and online sessions, including materials, room setup, participant sign-ins, and digital resources. And, will provide general support to facilitators and participants, including responding to routine inquiries, sending reminders, and assisting with troubleshooting basic issues. As well as, support data management by recording attendance, organizing reflections or submissions, and compiling feedback or evaluation materials.
Education:

Must be a full time student at Western (enrolled in minimum 3.5 courses), and expect to retain full-time student status for the duration of this appointment
Experience:
-
1 year part time employment or volunteer experience
Skills, Abilities & Expertise:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with online learning platforms (Learn, OWL, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Interest in culture, inclusion, and student learning (experience in these areas is an asset but not required).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
