Scope of the Position

The Marketing Administrator will support the marketing department and will manage RSL's customer and vendor co-op including but not limited to submitting claims, tracking co-op claims and credits received and entering data in RSL's ERP system. The marketing administrator will manage all swag orders, inventory levels for swag as well as processing requests for swag, work closely with the marketing manager on sponsorship requests and new product promotions and you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of Refrigerative Supply Limited’s brand strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals. This role requires knowledge of general marketing principles, CRM concepts, campaign management tools, copywriting, administrative tasks and more. This position will include anything from marketing research, developing budgets, content management and being the go-to person for the marketing department.

The Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administration of co-op programs, both vendor co-op and customer co-op, for major vendors including, but not limited to, the creation of statements, submitting claims, processing credits in RSL’s ERP system, and processing credit memos.
  • Administration of the SNAP Financial program
  • Administration of the marketing inbox including, but not limited to, ensuring all emails are replied to, assigning emails to the appropriate team member for follow-up, organizing and filing emails as they are completed, and ensuring a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinating Marketing collateral with the Territory Managers for residential dealers.
  • Managing and submitting conversion fund claims & residential dealer credits.
  • Managing the distribution of Marketing literature to branches.
  • Creating reports for Marketing promotions to measure the effectiveness of the promotions
  • Managing the vendor colour inserts for the RSL catalogue.
  • Administering vendor web portals and assisting in the onboarding of new sales staff members onto these web portals.
  • Assisting in the planning and registration of customers for customer incentive trips and internal company events
  • Managing internal and external Marketing collateral, including posters, wearables, and branded giveaways.
  • Managing, organizing, and updating inventory levels for all swag and branded giveaways including wearables
  • Managing the submission and reporting of Marketing programs (ex. Resideo Pro Perks and SNAP)
  • In coordination with the Marketing Manager, managing all sponsorship requests
  • In coordination with the Marketing Manager, support all new product releases including but not limited to, working with other members of the team to coordinate marketing assets for email, social channels and website and ensuring execution of all elements for a successful new product launch
  • Be the main point of contact for shipping and receiving of all marketing items
  • Be the main back-up and coverage for the Sales Administrator

  • Organize digital assets and content libraries
  • Assist with Marketing email inbox and CRM maintenance
  • Co-op submission & tracking for Applied & Commercial channels.
  • Support meeting scheduling and follow-ups
  • Support ordering of co-branded materials for customer and sales use
  • Help track and report on campaign

What we offer:

The target pay range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum*. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.*
