Terrascape is a small, well-established family business. We take immense pride in our work and strive to maintain a positive, friendly, and drama-free atmosphere. We are currently looking for experienced, reliable individuals to join our crew for the 2026 season. At Terrascape, your character and work ethic are just as important as your skill set.

The Role

We operate two specialized sides of the business: Maintenance (mowing, trimming, cleanups) and Construction (excavation, sod, paving stones, planting). We need versatile team members who can support both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
• Landscape Construction: Support excavation, grading, and installation of sod, edging, flowerbeds, and paving stone patios/sidewalks.
• Horticulture: Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees with care.
• Equipment Care: Operate power tools (blowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and perform basic mechanical inspections or maintenance as needed.
• Site Management: Ensure general site cleanup and follow all safety protocols to maintain a professional workspace.

What We Are Looking For

• Self-Motivated: Ability to stay productive without a manager standing over your shoulder.
• Versatile: Comfortable working as part of a crew or running a maintenance route solo.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly team player who contributes to our "great-vibes" environment.
• Physically Fit: This is a demanding role. You must be prepared for manual labor, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in landscape maintenance and/or installation is required.
• Driver?s License: A valid Class 5 driver?s license is required.
• Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to get to the yard and various job sites.
• Availability: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are as-needed). Average 30?40 hours per week (up to 45 hours during peak times).
• Assets: Experience driving a trailer or basic mechanical knowledge (equipment/vehicle maintenance) is a huge plus.

You will work directly with the owners in a respectful, supportive environment and learn a wide variety of skills. For the right person who fits the team well this summer, there may be an opportunity to join our snow removal crew this winter.
