Fleetwood Park Secondary is culturally diverse and inclusive school with extensive program options which include a robust Culinary Arts Program, Humanities 8 & 9 Program, Advanced Placement (AP) options, Theatre and Dance Company, Computer Science Co-Op, Youth Explore Trades Program and Apprenticeship Programs. There is a large Student Leadership Program, a long history of grade 8 retreat, numerous student-led clubs and extracurricular activities and an active Mentorship Program for staff.

Salary range is $57,972 to $106,217, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
