Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

The role of the Senior Financial Service Representative is a developmental position, whereby you have proven yourself in the Financial Service Representative position and have also expressed interest in continuing to develop and grow.

In addition, you will:

• Be a proud brand ambassador
• You will be a hands-on leader, exemplifying great customer service and working through any customer concerns or challenges
• You will be the Manager on Duty when Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager are unavailable
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on our products and processes
• Adhere to established loss prevention standards

What you should have:

• You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• 9 months of customer service experience will be an asset
• Availability to work full-time

**Work Location:**5401 Temple Dr. NE, Suite 211, Calgary, AB T1Y 3R7

Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Hourly:$20.50 - $26.50

The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the provincial average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

You will also be eligible to participate in our RRSP/DPSP program once you have completed 3 months of employment with a company match.
