Pay Information: $45,000.00 per annum.

Job Purpose
The Accounting Clerk performs accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. This position performs accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing schedule
- Maintaining the funding/Chattel/Payouts for Audi Downtown and Audi York.
- Posting and maintaining the licensing schedule.
- Posting and verifying costs for the vehicle purchases- 180 and CDK.
- Posting Deals- New, Used, Wholesale.
- Managing external warranty, schedule review and payment submission
- Managing rebates and submissions.
- Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one year of related industry experience.
- Background in the automotive or related industry is an asset.
- College Diploma or University Degree.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with CDK and/or Reynolds systems; ability to operate PC-based software, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dealership Experience Required

Our History The MTCC’s North Building opened for business on October 2, 1984 with the formal dedication conducted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The South Building was opened 13 years later, with the official opening by His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh on June 29, 1997.
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a Crown Corporation of the Province of Ontario. The creation of the MTCC was a joint effort between the Federal Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario, and the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, with the intent of increasing tourism revenue to the City and Province.
