About the role

Description Position Summary: The incumbent will provide ongoing support to the Home Entertainment Division, facilitating execution of strategy and tactics through entry, creation and management of external and internal data. A key element of the role is to provide efficient input of data to support administrative tasks and improve alignment on forecasting between Product Management, Sales and SCM.

This role will monitor, analyze and provide reports and recommendations to Leadership, Product Management, Sales and Supply Chain. Responsibility for managing data input to financial systems, special pricing, ongoing Data Cube and related dashboard maintenance for data driven decision-making. This role acts as the division champion for facilitating an organization of continuous process improvement. Activities, projects and reporting will include internal interaction with all levels and departments of the organization.

In addition, this role is responsible for gathering and analyses of market, competition and consumer insight to inform the leadership team and assess areas of opportunities for regional strategies for product and promotional activities. This role will proactively provide market & consumer insights to divisional stakeholders including executive, product management and sales teams.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports day-to-day business operations, including external communication with sales teams, dealers, and stakeholders to ensure brand compliance and consistency (MAP management).
  • Enhances operational visibility by publishing key reports (e.g. dashboards, project management) to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Consolidates and uploads product-related data, funding/pricing information, and promotional plans into internal systems for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manages financial system submissions (NERP) and ensures timely delivery of deal sheets and related documents to customers.
  • Prepares reconciliation and shortage calculations to align Product Management, leadership, and Finance teams for efficient system updates.
  • Collaborates with Product Management to communicate essential forms (e.g. demo forms) to account managers and Finance teams.
  • Maintains sales and sell-out data, coordinating with MIS/PI teams for Master Data mapping and accuracy.
  • Assists in creating ad-hoc reports for Senior Management, regional teams, and HQ in Korea.
  • Works with Business Managers to provide timely market-sensing reports, analytics, and insights as required.
  • Develops current month sales forecasts and 3-month sales forecasting plans to support decision-making.
  • Assists in Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Strategic Planning processes to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications Requirements Education:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or technical subjects preferred

Knowledge:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with PowerPoint and advanced Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment

Experience:

  • Prior business modeling experience preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience in a technology or communication environment preferred.
  • Prior experience in supporting an RFP process is an asset.
  • Experience in IT, Consumer Electronics and/or Telecommunication industry in strategy, planning or marketing analysis is an asset.
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NERP)
