We are currently hiring a Class A Gas Fitter to join our team for a key project in Lloydminster, located on the Saskatchewan–Alberta border. This is a great opportunity for licensed professionals looking to contribute to a high-performance team in a busy region.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and safety-conscious Class A Gas Fitter to support the installation, maintenance, and inspection of natural gas systems in an industrial setting. This is a project-based position, with the potential for future assignments.
We welcome applications from:
- Class A Gas Fitters with a valid Saskatchewan license, OR
- Class A Gas Fitters licensed in Alberta who are willing and eligible to apply for their Saskatchewan license (we can provide support with the transfer process).
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial gas systems in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Conduct inspections and pressure tests to ensure system integrity
- Work alongside other trades and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain safe work practices at all times, in compliance with OH&S and client requirements
- Accurately complete daily work reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Valid Class A Gas Fitter Certificate in Saskatchewan
— OR —
Valid Class A Gas Fitter Certificate in Alberta with willingness to transfer to Saskatchewan
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Minimum 2–3 years of industrial gas fitting experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of gas codes and industry standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety tickets such as H2S Alive, CSTS, and First Aid are considered assets
Additional Information:
- Work is primarily in Lloydminster, SK, with potential for extended hours or shift work depending on project scope
- PPE and safety gear will be provided where required
- LOA will be provided for this project
