District Sales Manager – Natus Neuro Division
Location: Remote | Full-Time | Exempt
Territory: Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta

What You’ll Get to Do
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Own your territory: forecast and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Become a subject matter expert across the Natus Neuro portfolio
- Communicate product value to generate leads and develop new business
- Prepare sales forecasts and manage your pipeline through Salesforce CRM
- Conduct tailored sales demonstrations for both MD and Clinical stakeholders
- Build strong clinical and administrative relationships to develop key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Lead Territory Engagement
- Execute formal presentations, host peer-to-peer events, and introduce new products
- Support product adoption through continued education and strategic touchpoints
- Partner with internal teams including sales support and customer service to ensure top-tier customer experience
- Represent Natus at trade shows, conferences, and professional events
- Handle Administrative Duties
- Ensure all regulatory and quality protocols are met
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline insights in Salesforce
- Adapt quickly to changing market or organizational needs
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of MedTech sales experience
- Preferably in EEG, EMG, or PSG
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex territories
- Comfortable collaborating with physicians, nurses, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
- Direct medical device sales experience
- Experience with EEG, EMG, and PSG technologies and selling in clinical environments
- Familiarity with KOL engagement and peer-to-peer education strategies
Travel Required
Extensive travel across the assigned territory is expected—approximately 75%, including hospitals, conferences, and customer sites. Some travel may involve adverse weather conditions or joint fieldwork with colleagues. Travel is conducted via personal vehicle, rental car, and air.
