Job Title: Enterprise AI Solution Architect (Azure AI / Copilot / GenAI) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (Sub-Contract) Experience: 12–15+ Years Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing AI platforms, defining enterprise AI strategy, and delivering secure, scalable AI solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. This is a customer-facing architecture role requiring strong stakeholder management, AI governance expertise, and hands-on experience with Azure AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Enterprise AI Architecture & Strategy Define enterprise AI vision, architecture roadmap, and transformation strategy. Engage with executive (CXO) stakeholders to drive AI adoption and business transformation. Design scalable AI solutions across Azure cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Lead enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Microsoft AI platforms. AI Agents & Copilot Solutions Design and govern Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, AI agents, workflows, and integrations. Build multi-agent orchestration architectures with task decomposition and fallback mechanisms. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge repositories. Develop prompt engineering strategies and ground AI copilots using enterprise data sources. AI/ML Engineering Deploy, customize, and optimize Generative AI and pre-trained models. Develop scalable AI solutions using Python and PySpark. Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and related AI services. Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for model lifecycle management. DevOps, ALM & Governance Define ALM strategy for AI and Copilot solutions across Development, Test, and Production environments. Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Manage solution packaging, environment variables, and connection references. Establish governance for: Security & Compliance Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Responsible AI Data Residency Ensure secure, scalable, and auditable deployments. Enterprise Integration Design integrations with enterprise applications including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow. Develop REST APIs, Azure Functions, Power Automate workflows, Logic Apps, and custom connectors. Conduct customer workshops, architecture reviews, and enablement sessions. Monitoring & Optimization Implement observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Monitor AI solution performance, reliability, adoption, and operational metrics. Continuously optimize AI agents and enterprise AI workloads. Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, BCA, or equivalent. Soft Skills Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management. Experience presenting architecture solutions to CXO leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead architecture workshops and technical discussions. Excellent collaboration across business and technology teams.
