We’re looking for a bilingual connector in Quebec’s food and beverage industry
Wills Transfer is expanding our reach into Quebec, and we’re looking for a Strategic Market Representative – Quebec Food & Beverage to help us build the right relationships.
This is a contract opportunity for someone who knows the Quebec food and beverage sector, understands the world of warehousing and supply chain, and has a strong network they can confidently tap into. For more than 80 years, Wills Transfer has supported customers across Eastern Ontario with warehousing, transportation, distribution and supply chain solutions. As we continue to grow, we see a significant opportunity to help Quebec-based food manufacturers, distributors, importers and exporters strengthen their Ontario supply chain.

What you’ll do
You’ll act as a trusted bridge between Wills Transfer and the Quebec food and beverage market by: Opening doors and creating introductions with key decision-makers Identifying companies with warehousing, transportation, inventory or distribution needs in Ontario Building relationships with manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters and supply chain partners Supporting business development meetings where French-language or cultural insight adds value Representing Wills Transfer at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities Sharing market intelligence on customer needs, industry trends and competitive activity Helping move qualified opportunities through the sales process
Who we’re looking for
This opportunity may be a great fit for someone who: Is fully bilingual in French and English Has an established network in Quebec’s food manufacturing, distribution or supply chain community Understands warehousing, logistics, transportation, procurement or distribution Has a proven ability to build relationships and connect with decision-makers Is highly self-directed and comfortable working independently Enjoys creating opportunities, making connections and helping businesses solve supply chain challenges
What success looks like
Success in this role will be measured by the quality of the opportunities created, the strength of the relationships developed and the business generated.

Compensation
Compensation will be structured based on experience and may include a combination of: Retainer Milestone payments Referral fees Performance-based incentives

Wills Transfer Limited, a fourth generation family owned business, currently operated by Terry and Heather Wills, began operation in 1945 with 2 small stake trucks, providing local moving and cartage services in the town of Smiths Falls, ON. November 2014, the Moving Division was discontinued while the focus switched to providing specialized services in commercial warehousing and storage, and freight transportation. Through 75 years of growth and transformation, Wills Transfer provides a superior level of service at a reasonable price and partnering with our customers has contributed to the growth of our company.
