• Be the face of Gateway for clients—owning all technical, scheduling, and commercial conversations.
• Bring designers, engineers, and project managers together to deliver seamless, high‑quality results.

• Conduct site visits to gather insights and validate project requirements.

• PMP certification is an asset.
• Mechanical P.Eng or eligibility is an asset OR Journeyman HVAC‑R with 5+ years field experience.
• 5+ years in project management, business development, or technical sales (HVAC-R/mechanical services).
• 5+ years HVAC/mechanical contracting business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
• Skilled at interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Deep understanding of HSE best practices.
