💼 Ta mission (si tu l’acceptes !) :
Côté commercial : Gérer et chouchouter ton portefeuille clients 🧡 Développer ton réseau comme un(e) pro du B2B 🤝 Comprendre les besoins des entreprises et leur proposer LA solution qui tue 🎯 Aller sur le terrain, rencontrer les clients, négocier, conclure 💥
Côté recrutement : Dénicher des pépites 💎 (jobboards, réseaux, chasse…tu connais la chanson) Tu fais passer des entretiens Tu conseilles, tu accompagnes, tu places… et tu célèbres les succès 🎉 Tu accompagnes tes clients et tes candidats jusqu’au bout 🔍 Faire de la veille pour toujours avoir un coup d’avance 🧠
🧩 Le profil qu’on adore : Tu aimes les gens (même le lundi matin !) Tu as la fibre commerciale (prospection/développement de compte/fidélisation) Tu veux évoluer, apprendre, et t’éclater au boulot ! Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone 📞 Tu es tenace, curieux et ambitieux, tu adores relever des défis! Tu es orienté résultats, mais toujours avec le SOURIRE😁 Tu es JOUEUR D'EQUIPE à fond, avec une bonne dose d’énergie
