Job Title: Warehouse Manager Reports To: VP of Operations Department: Inventory Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: $75k - $80k Location: Markham Key Responsibilities: Manage the physical warehouses Lead the personnel at these warehouses Lead the shipping and receiving teams at both locations Ensure kits for production are correct and delivered to production on time Ensure all processes are being followed and compliant with legal regulations Review processes on system for upgrades and changes Recommend software that would improve efficiencies Meet with operations to sync production requirements Work with the data management team to create reports pertinent to create accountability within departments Review inventory for obsolete parts that can be scraped Keeping up to date on new products, trends, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 3 years + in warehouse environment and Electronic manufacturing experience Highschool diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree in business management, logistics or supply chain is an asset Ability to independently handle multiple projects Multitasking skills to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organizational and team orientated skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Certified forklift operator is an asset This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
