Job Title: Electrician

Location: Projects throughout the South East, primarily between Dartford and Hampshire (preferred base: Croydon to Gatwick area)

Salary: £220-£240 per day (Subcontractor) or £45,000 per annum (PAYE)

Job Type: Permanent or Subcontract

The Role

Carry out day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Complete EICRs, inspection, testing and certification. Undertake remedial works, fault finding and diagnostics. Work on occasional commercial projects and fire alarm installation/maintenance. Travel across the South East with occasional nationwide work and overnight stays.

Requirements for the Electrician

ECS Gold Card (in date). City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent). Proven experience within social housing, including repairs, voids, EICRs and remedial works. Own hand tools. Full UK Driving Licence.
