Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of snowfighters, ensuring every flake is banished from commercial properties like it's your personal mission.

- Make sure our gear is ready to rumble — because a snow plow without maintenance is like a sled with no snow.

Qualifications:
- Experience in snow removal and operating the mighty machines that get the job done.
- Leadership experience — whether in snow removal or just bossing around your siblings, we'll take it.
- A knack for managing a team and keeping cool when snowstorms strike.
- Strong communication skills to handle fast-paced, sometimes “frosty” situations.
