As a Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence in the Financial Crimes Unit, you’ll do more than analyze data — you’ll help protect our customers, strengthen trust, and shape the future of financial crime prevention. You will elevate how we use data to identify, visualize, and communicate financial crimes risks. You will play a key role in the business intelligence and providing thoughtful analysis as well as lead the design and delivery of storyboards and visualization that provide insights to manage risks. You will help the Financial Crimes Unit make smarter and faster prevention and detection decisions while enabling the business to grow.

**Skills : **
- 7+ years of experience within Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
- Strong experience in partnering with business stakeholders to understand the problem and identify enhancement opportunities using data.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or SAS programming to extract, transform, and clean large data sets.
- Knowledge in Data Science languages like Python, Random Forest is a plus
- Strong understanding technical design– able to dive into the business process to understand the current vs. future state
- 5+ years of expertise in Data Management – data extraction, cleaning, and transformation
- 5+ years of expertise data analytics techniques
- 5+ years of expertise data flows, systems.
- 5+ years of expertise data designs
**TOP/MAIN Responsibilities: **
- Designs dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use. Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques.
- Builds various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualisation techniques.
- Provides value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures and implements analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.
- Researches and applies continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Works with different teams, management and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organization.
- Translates business needs to technical specifications and evaluates existing data visualization systems in order to improve them.
- Documents data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business/group processes.
- Develops tools and delivers training programs for use of reporting tools and self-serve analytics by non-analytical end users; may include delivery of training to audiences.
