This role is critical in enabling scalable, efficient, and future-ready financial processes across the enterprise. The incumbent will provide advisory services and be the primary liaison between Finance, Development, Legal, Property Operations and Data & Technology (D&T) teams, ensuring system functionality aligns with business goals, compliance requirements, and enterprise data strategy.
What you will deliver:

- End-to-end ownership of ERP data integrations — inbound and outbound — across finance and business platforms.
- Delivery of projects and enhancements that meet Finance’s evolving needs and compliance requirements.
- Execution of enterprise-wide financial system upgrades and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
- Development and continuous improvement of corporate reporting and analytics tools supporting Finance.
- Implement governance models and operating procedures for financial data integrity, access, and quality assurance.

- Collaboration with IT architects and business leads to align solutions with enterprise architecture.
- Leadership and mentorship of a solutions delivery team (analysts, developers, vendor resources).
- Vendor and contract management for financial system support and third-party services.
- Recommend and implement training strategies and support materials to ensure Finance users understand and adopt delivered solutions.
- Actively partners with D&T and business leadership teams to shape solution strategies, collaborate on technology planning, and resolve issues related to financial systems, integrations, and corporate applications.
- Facilitate regular updates to Finance and IT leadership on solution performance, risks, and roadmap milestones.
What your strengths are:
- Ability to lead large-scale solution implementations from design through deployment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills — from end users to senior leadership.
- Sound judgment in navigating technology trade-offs, risk, and compliance.
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities in team-based delivery environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project governance, planning, and issue resolution skills.
- Effective change management and training approaches for new system rollouts.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align tactical actions with long-term goals.
- Exceptional documentation and business process mapping skills.
- Collaborative spirit with a focus on continuous improvement and partnership.
What you need to succeed:

- Expert-level knowledge of the Yardi platform and its ecosystem (including Voyager, Investment Management, PayScan, etc.).
- Proven success in integrating ERP systems and managing data flows across multiple platforms.
- Strong technical acumen in ERP ecosystems and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of financial system controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance.
- Deep understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience working with internal IT teams and external vendors/consultants.
