Experience executing design and/or EPC projects (either in a Project Management or Engineering capacity) with OPG will be considered an asset.

Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Project Engineer / Proposal Lead in Pickering or Mississauga, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. This role will be primarily to lead and support preparation of detailed proposals for engineering and EPC projects for our clients. It will involve being a liaison between the Sales Department and Engineering Product Line to plan, estimate and prepare proposals for new project opportunities. You will be expected to be a dual role in which the candidate will support both the Engineering and Sales organization and will also participate in project activities when there are no active proposals. The role will involve working directly with the engineering and projects team to plan an overall strategy for execution of potential projects and work towards finalizing a successful bid. There will also be opportunity to interface with the client directly during kickoff/clarification meetings as well as collaborative strategy discussions. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
