Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Software Developer on our InteleOrchestrator team, you’ll play a critical role in building intelligent, cloud-native solutions that streamline radiology workflows for providers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications using modern microservices patterns on AWS.

Own full-stack solutions, designing backend services and intuitive web frontends that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Drive innovation by collaborating on system architecture, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to our technical roadmap.

Mentor and support junior developers—sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and promoting continuous learning.

Champion quality by implementing automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and security best practices.

Translate business needs into practical solutions in partnership with Product, UX, and Clinical teams.

Work with healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM) in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance and performance.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on development with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, ECS/EKS).
- 3+ years building and deploying full-stack web applications in production.
Technical Skills:
- Languages: Proficient in Kotlin and Go; strong grasp of object-oriented and functional programming.
- Backend: Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices design.
- Frontend: Experience with Angular or React.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Tooling: Familiarity with Gradle, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
- Platforms: Comfortable working across Windows and Linux environments.
Soft Skills:
- Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal.
- Creative problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience navigating complex requirements and balancing priorities in agile teams.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with C# or .NET Core

Familiarity with JOOQ or similar database abstraction layers

Exposure to observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, or similar

Background in healthcare or regulated industries (FDA, FAA)

Master’s degree in a relevant field

The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year to $110,000/year within any geographic market in the USA. Intelerad is a total compensation company. First year OTE (on target earnings) for this role including base salary and commission is $200,000-220,000, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
