About the Role
Tiller is seeking a Head of Client Strategy to drive impact and growth across our client portfolio. This role will be central to shaping and delivering strategies that maximize client lifetime value, elevating Tiller’s strategic services, and supporting the growth of our account management and marketing science practices.
You’ll oversee a team of Account Managers and collaborate with Paid Media, Creative, and Marketing Science specialists to ensure Tiller delivers measurable business outcomes. You’ll also bring deep brand and marketing expertise to help our clients refine their positioning, develop compelling value propositions, and activate marketing strategies that move the needle.

Manage and mentor the Account Management team, ensuring clients receive maximum value.

Support AMs in developing growth plans, elevating reporting, and maximizing CLTV.

Oversee renewals, relationship management, and escalations requiring leadership support.

Lead the development of positioning, value propositions, key messages, differentiators, brand narratives, and brand personality.

Conduct competitive research and facilitate brand workshops with senior client stakeholders.

Partner with AMs and delivery teams to shape campaign planning and integrated marketing strategies.

Serve as a senior strategic advisor and hands-on contributor to client work.

Marketing Science Lab leadership

Mentor and collaborate with CRO, SEO, and Paid Media specialists, ensuring data translates into insights that demonstrate measurable value.

Advance experimentation methodology to create a more systematic, data-driven client experience.

Collaborate with Tiller’s Head of Marketing to translate lab learnings into Tiller’s own marketing and sales assets.

Strategic agency collaboration

Partner with leadership peers to refine Tiller’s services and evolve the client experience.

Play a visible role in business development, thought leadership, and client retention.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have
- 15+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and client strategy, with agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in account leadership and revenue growth for B2B SaaS clients.
- Deep expertise in brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive research.
- Strong strategic marketing skills across digital channels (paid media, SEO, CRO, content).
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coaching senior strategists or account managers.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for executive-level client workshops.
- A passion for transforming data into compelling value stories.
- A collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented leadership style.
