The Scholar Talent Logistics Associate is a Network based role that manages the needs of the Scholar Talent team as related to the execution of functional tasks and workstreams. This includes collaborative work with other teams and the management of information through all relevant systems (Coupa, SIS, Space and Permit Requests, and more). This role is managed by the Lead of Scholar Talent
Responsibilities Include
- Reservation and management of Scholar Talent spaces for events/trainings (including the securing of permits)
- Direct work with the Rostering Services team to ensure all scholars K-12 are appropriately rostered and their elective, club, and transcript information is recorded accurately
- Managing the day-to-day needs of the team as it applies to the procurement of goods/services through vendors
- Travel and logistical support for out-of-area multi-day events (7-10 events annually)
- Other duties as assigned by the Lead of Scholar Talent or Executive, Customer Experience related to the support of logistical operations

- Commit to interdisciplinary collaborations across multiple teams through the appropriate channels
- Operate in a fast-paced work environment and drive results independently
- Track and manage multiple forms of data across several content areas
- Reserve spaces and permits as needed for Scholar Talent events
- Communicate openly and urgently about all tasks, including roadblocks

- Pay strong attention to detail, and have experience juggling multiple responsibilities and planning around competing priorities;
- Embody the character traits we value in our ETHOS - Excellence, Teamwork, Humor, Ownership, and making sure our Scholars are top of mind;
- A 2-year or 4-year degree is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
