This role focuses on growing Raven’s market share by professionally representing our exclusive product lines, building strong client relationships and leading an estimating team to deliver tailored hydronic HVAC industrial & commercial solutions.

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities within our target markets: industrial, process, manufacturing, commercial, district energy, healthcare, and institutional sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with Consultants, Mechanical Contractors, Owners/End Users, Commercial/Industrial Services, and Public Sector clients. Provide technical consultations, propose solutions, and prepare detailed quotations using Zoho CRM and QuickBooks. Deliver presentations and conduct product demonstrations to consultants and clients. Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to deliver fully integrated solutions. Achieve or exceed the annual sales quota of $2,000,000.
Non-Core Responsibilities
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to promote brand visibility. Contribute feedback to marketing efforts to align campaigns with market needs. Provide market intelligence on competitive activities and emerging trends. Occasionally assist with technical training sessions for internal teams. You’ll build relationships, lead the estimating team, and deliver high-performance solutions—helping keep Raven the trusted partner for rapid, reliable hydronic solutions.
Hard Skills
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems, or a related field (preferred but not required). 3+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in industrial or mechanical systems. Proficiency with Zoho CRM and QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Strong technical knowledge of hydronic heating, steam systems, and venting equipment. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within BC & the Yukon. Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Customer-centric attitude with a passion for service excellence. Self-motivated and resilient under pressure. Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
