What You’ll Like About This Job International SOS is recruiting Advanced Care Paramedics (ACP) to support industrial site operations across Northern British Columbia. Working out of mobile treatment centre trucks, ACPs provide on-site emergency medical care in remote camp environments. This 3x3 fly-in/fly-out rotation role is ideal for licensed BC ACPs seeking rotational work with camp accommodations and travel support.

What You’ll Need
- Valid ACP certification in British Columbia
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- ACLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights
- Ability to work rotational schedule (typically 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off)
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
- Availability for on-call and extended hours when required

- Experience working at remote or industrial sites
- Experience operating from mobile treatment centre trucks (MTCs)
- Strong adaptability in rotational camp environments
- Commitment to ongoing training and license maintenance
