Job Description
Teledyne QImaging has a position available for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with proven experience in order administration and customer support. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales order and RMA processes. Interacting closely with internal clients (Sales, Operations and Manufacturing departments) and external clients (customers, dealers, etc.), the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and return authorizations
- Customer and dealer support relating to orders and deliveries (responding to customer/dealer inquiries, phone calls, and requests)
- Providing sales information to external sales staff upon request Planning Work Orders for the factory to ensure that customer requirements are met
- Various Sales and Marketing Administrative Tasks as required
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Customer Orders: Processing all global customer orders which includes checking prices, clarifying customers’ requirements, contacting customers for additional information, inputting sales orders, informing customers of ship dates, confirming to customers when order is shipped and tracking delivery status.
- Return Material Authorizations: Issuing RMA numbers, providing necessary paperwork to customers and assisting them with returns, tracking packages and assisting with Customs Clearance will be required from time to time.
- Service Coordinator: Issuing service repair orders to bring faulty products back, coordinate internally to have the repairs completed, inform customers of the status, updating MRP System with repair details, material transactions.
- Demo coordinator: To manage demo pool, sending cameras out on loan as requested, tracking loans in database, refurbishing demo cameras etc.
- Working with both the Production Manager and Supply Chain Manager to ensure that the factory has the appropriate information to enable them to achieve targets. Creating shop packets, and scheduling for the factory.
- Entering orders in ERP system and knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Exceptional proven customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven initiative and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Sound computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Crystal Reports, and Outlook)
- Experience working with ERP Syteline would be an asset

Salary Range:
$46,100.00-$61,400.000

Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
