About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking two experienced Business Analyst V professionals to support a major Enterprise Real Estate modernization initiative with a focus on the IBM TRIRIGA platform. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale enterprise environment, partnering with business and technology teams to modernize workflows, optimize business processes, and leverage out-of-the-box platform capabilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technology delivery while contributing to the evolution of the Enterprise Real Estate technology ecosystem.
Project Overview
Project: Enterprise Real Estate Modernization Platform Focus: IBM TRIRIGA Team Size: Approximately 20 team members Training Period: 2 weeks Environment: Large, matrixed enterprise organization
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, communication, and requirements management. Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and document reviews to gather and validate business requirements. Analyze and document current-state business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state solutions.
Translate business needs into
Functional requirements System requirements Process documentation Testing strategies and artifacts Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. Provide recommendations that support effective solution design, configuration, and implementation within workflow-based enterprise platforms. Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and requirements-related issues.
Support quality assurance activities, including
Test scenario development Test script reviews System testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Defect tracking and resolution support Work independently while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills 3+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience Strong experience working with workflow-driven enterprise applications Experience analyzing and documenting: Process flows Workflow approvals Status transitions Lifecycle management Understanding of: Workflow-based systems Enterprise application configuration Out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality versus customization Experience working directly within enterprise applications to understand end-to-end business processes and system behavior Strong documentation skills, including: Functional requirements Business process flows System documentation Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Proficiency with: Jira Confluence Experience collaborating across business and technology teams in complex enterprise environments Nice-to-Have Experience with IBM TRIRIGA Experience with Pega or similar workflow/case management platforms Real estate or facilities management platform experience
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst who is comfortable working within enterprise workflow platforms and analyzing how systems drive business processes. The ideal candidate can quickly understand application behavior, document process flows, and collaborate effectively with business and technology partners to deliver streamlined, scalable solutions. Candidates with direct TRIRIGA experience are strongly preferred; however, professionals with experience supporting similar workflow-based platforms such as Pega are encouraged to apply.
