Sous la supervision du Directeur TI, nous cherchons un spécialiste SharePoint qui combine excellence technique (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, automatisation, développement léger) et leadership de projet (planification, coordination, communication). Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour moderniser nos espaces M365, optimiser la gouvernance des contenus et livrer des solutions métiers qui simplifient la collaboration.
Rôles et responsabilités
Gouvernance & architecture M365 / SharePoint
- Concevoir et faire évoluer l’architecture des sites (sites hub, collections, navigation, sécurité, métadonnées, types de contenu, rétention/labels).
- Définir et appliquer les contrôles de permissions, partage externe et bonnes pratiques de gouvernance.
- Encadrer les implémentations et l’adoption utilisateur.
Développement & automatisation (base de programmation)
- Réaliser des solutions SPFx (web parts, extensions), scripts PowerShell/PnP, Power Automate (flux), Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) et connecteurs M365/Graph.
- Intégrer SharePoint avec des systèmes internes (API/REST, Azure Functions/Logic Apps) et mettre en place des pipelines CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Git).
Gestion de projet
- Gérer le backlog, l’échéancier, les dépendances.
- Piloter les tests, le déploiement, le change management et la formation.
Soutien & amélioration continue
- Agir comme référent SharePoint/Power Platform auprès de l’entreprise.
- Mettre en place des plans d’amélioration.
Compétences recherchées
Techniques (obligatoires)
- SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 (sites, bibliothèques, permissions, recherche, métadonnées).
- Power Platform : Power Automate (automatisation), Power Apps (formulaires/apps), Dataverse (atout).
- Programmation : JavaScript/TypeScript (SPFx), C#/.NET (atout), PowerShell/PnP.
- API Graph / REST, notions d’Azure (Azure AD/Microsoft Entra, Logic Apps, Functions).
- Outils : Azure DevOps ou GitHub (repos, pipelines).
- Expérience dans la création d’agents personnalisés (Copilot Studio)
- Connaissance des limites et bonnes pratiques (sécurité, gouvernance, confidentialité des données).
- Aptitude à former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des outils IA.
Gestion de projet
- Expérience en pilotage de projets TI
- Excellente communication, capacité d’influence et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Rigueur documentaire (charte, plan projet, registres risques/dépendances, livrables).
Profil & Exigences
- 3–5 ans d’expérience pertinente en SharePoint/M365.
- 3-5 ans en automatisation / développement léger (SPFx / Power Platform / PowerShell).
- 1–3 ans en gestion/coordination de projets TI (formel ou informel).
- Bilinguisme français/anglais (oral et écrit)

SharePoint Specialist – Information Technology
The continued success of Comact in the wood-processing industry, mainly across North America, leads us to be constantly on the lookout for new talent to expand our team.
Under the supervision of the IT Director, we are seeking a SharePoint Specialist who combines technical excellence (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, automation, light development) with project leadership (planning, coordination, communication). You will play a key role in modernizing our M365 environments, optimizing content governance, and delivering business solutions that simplify collaboration.
Work location: Mirabel, QC
Roles and Responsibilities
M365 / SharePoint Governance & Architecture
- Design and evolve site architecture (hub sites, collections, navigation, security, metadata, content types, retention/labels).
- Define and enforce permission controls, external sharing settings, and governance best practices.
- Oversee implementations and support user adoption.
Development & Automation (basic programming)
- Develop SPFx solutions (web parts, extensions), PowerShell/PnP scripts, Power Automate flows, Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), and M365/Graph connectors.
- Integrate SharePoint with internal systems (API/REST, Azure Functions/Logic Apps) and implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git).
Project Management
- Manage backlog, timelines, and dependencies.
- Lead testing, deployment, change management, and training activities.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a SharePoint/Power Platform reference for the organization.
- Develop and execute improvement plans.
