We are looking for a Senior Technical Artist with strong programming and analytical skills to bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI technologies and artistic workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of art and technology, with a particular interest in evaluating and integrating Generative AI tools into the production pipeline in a responsible and ethical way .
You will be responsible for analysing new technologies, testing Generative AI models, and reporting on their potential impact for tech art and production. By leveraging Python and other scripting languages, you’ll prototype solutions, test concepts through prompts, and collaborate with artists to integrate these tools into practical workflows.
This is a key role in ensuring that technology, tools, and processes empower the creative vision of our projects, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Generative AI and real-time graphics.
In this role you will :
- Act as the bridge between creative and technical teams, explaining the capabilities and limitations of emerging generative AI technologies.
- Analyse, test, and document the usefulness of generative AI-powered tools for Tech Art workflows (e.g., video, image, and content generation).
- Collaborate with artists to prototype, build and maintain creative solutions using generative AI and custom tools.
- Develop scripts and tools which use Generative AI (Python, Ollama, etc.) to simplify production and automate tasks.
- Stay at the forefront of technology trends, constantly seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and real-time solutions into workflows.
What we're looking for :
- Strong background in 3D workflows, modelling, texturing, animation, lighting, VFX, scripting).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for video, image, or content creation. (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI).
- Prompt engineering experience with different models (Gemini, GPT, etc.)
- Solid scripting and programming skills in Python.
- Experience with commercial 3D software (Blender, Maya, or similar).
- Knowledge of creating and deploying production-ready pipelines, version control, and tool deployment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Unreal Engine.
- Familiarity with real-time 3D graphics pipelines and digital content creation workflows.
- Technical knowledge of shaders, materials, and rendering optimization.
