About the role
Working closely with internal stakeholders, customs authorities, and logistics partners, the role is critical in ensuring compliant and efficient cross-border trade activities. Support daily import and export operations, including documentation, compliance checks, and communication with customs brokers. Assist in the development and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures. Monitor changes in trade regulations and ensure the company remains compliant. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth trade operations. Provide training and support to internal teams on trade compliance matters. Participate in audits and assessments related to trade compliance. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade activities. Assist in resolving trade-related issues and inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global trade.
