About the role
Your Opportunity:
This is a casual position to provide coverage for the administrative staff at the Edmonton Radiopharmaceutical Centre. The work schedule will vary month to month and generally consist of only a few days per month to cover pre-planned vacation or short notice illness of the existing Administrative Assistants. Duties include reception at the Medical Isotope and Cyclotron Facility, payroll time entry, radiopharmaceutical prescription processing, supply order creation, invoice processing, and coordination of radiopharmaceutical deliveries with couriers.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
