We're looking for someone who demonstrates teamwork, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce solutions within complex enterprise ecosystems. This individual will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams while contributing to the evolution of the client's Wealth Management digital platforms.
Your Future Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and Salesforce platform owners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Act as the liaison between business users, Salesforce administrators, architects, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce best practices and standard capabilities before proposing customizations. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure business requirements are traceable from discovery through implementation and testing. Collaborate with architecture and development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise applications. Prepare functional documentation, process documentation, and user training material. Write, execute, and coordinate functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help optimize business processes and Salesforce adoption.
Required Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud. Experience documenting business processes using BPMN, process maps, or similar techniques. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong facilitation skills for workshops, backlog grooming, and requirement elicitation sessions. Ability to challenge business requirements and propose optimized solutions. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex enterprise environment. Comfortable working with decentralized systems and numerous application integrations. High tolerance for ambiguity and changing priorities. Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst. 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analysis experience on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including
Sales Cloud Financial Services Cloud (preferred) Service Cloud (asset) Experience Cloud (asset) Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC, DevOps, and Lean methodologies. Knowledge of BABOK analysis practices. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog management tools.
Salesforce certifications are considered a strong asset, including
Salesforce Business Analyst Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (asset) Experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry. Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations (CIRO, formerly IIROC and MFDA) is a strong asset. Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written, is an asset.
Contract
Duration: 1 year, renewable Location: Montreal (Full remote)
