Accountabilities

• Definir e evoluir a arquitetura técnica da solução (frontend + backend)
• Garantir padronização e qualidade de código entre múltiplos módulos
• Liderar decisões técnicas e apoiar o time em desafios complexos
• Atuar de forma hands-on quando necessário
• Conectar arquitetura com objetivos de negócio

• Coordenar boas práticas de versionamento, releases e governança
• Atuar como referência técnica para o squad

• Experiência sólida com React
• Experiência com React Native
• Arquitetura modular / micro-frontends
• Experiência com state management (ex.: MobX ou similar)
• Vivência com Design Systems corporativos

• Experiência com Node.js (BFFs, APIs REST/GraphQL)
