Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements using best practice techniques.
  • Design and document workflows, specifications, and system capabilities to support technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system modifications or new procedures.
  • Support testing activities by writing and executing test scripts, defining acceptance criteria, and validating outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field with a technology focus.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a client-facing Business Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with enterprise software (SaaS and on-premise).
