Job requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a Business Systems Support Analyst (or similar) with hands-on SAP Finance and Procurement modules exposure. · Knowledge: Strong understanding of business operations, especially Procure-to-Pay processes.

• Compliance: Experience in a SOX-controlled environment.

• Collaboration: Ability to influence stakeholders across geographies and ensure compliance with process standards.

• Technical & Analytical: Strong problem-solving, process analysis, and documentation skills.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, prioritisation, and ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ways of Working: Structured, risk-aware, and detail-oriented with sound judgment in decision-making.

Job responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP Finance and Procurement modules and related systems. · Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with end-users.

• Act as liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and global business units to ensure system alignment with business needs.

• Collaborate across departments to implement, configure, and maintain SAP and expense management systems.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

• Support project delivery including requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation.

• Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate with technical teams on issue resolution and improvements.

• Contribute to long-term system development, including integration with People & Culture and Operations systems.

• Play an active role in global transformation projects as the business rapidly expands, ensuring Finance and Operations processes scale effectively.

Job benefits

• Salary range: CAD $95,000- 120,000/annum, depending on experience
