Sotheby’s International Realty Canada is seeking a strategic and operational President to lead the next chapter of growth and scale. Reporting to the CEO of Peerage Realty Partners, the President will drive profitable and sustainable growth, ensuring strong financial discipline and operational excellence across the organization. This role will be accountable for managing the company’s financial performance, including budget setting and ensuring revenue targets are met. The President will also be responsible for engaging and empowering real estate advisors, optimizing business performance, and leading expansion efforts through recruitment, M&A, and market development. They will champion a high-performance culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen the company’s value proposition through innovation in marketing, technology, and client service.
The ideal candidate brings significant leadership experience in luxury real estate, brokerage, or a high-touch, premium service industry. They are a dynamic growth leader with a proven track record of driving revenue, managing P&L, expanding market share, and elevating brand presence in competitive markets. With a deep understanding of the Canadian real estate landscape, they excel at building trusted relationships with top-performing advisors, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic growth initiatives. Entrepreneurial, financially astute, and results-driven, this leader will define the next era of success for Canada’s prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
The President can be located in Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver.
