Introduction
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting complex projects from start to finish? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of mining-related projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This position is located in Sudbury, Ontario.
What you’ll do
Support Project Managers with project initiation, execution, reporting, and completion.
Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) to assist with major project execution.
Create and manage project documentation and sales orders in SAP.
Coordinate shipping, travel, and training logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Issue purchase orders and monitor project costs and margins.
Maintain accurate records and generate timely reports for invoicing and project tracking.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of industry experience, preferably in a matrix organization.
Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bilingual (French-English) with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Financially savvy with experience analyzing job costs and margins.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a technology-rich, fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
