Position Highlights

Are you passionate about administration? Is data entry and document processing something you enjoy? If so, this is the role for you. Driver licensing has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Driver Licensing Support Assistant. Central to this role is reviewing and providing support on microfilm retrieval, correspondence and administrative processes.

Responsibilities will include:

Responding to requests from internal and external customers; Examining and reviewing driving records; Accessing information on drivers' databases and verifying information; Filing and locating missing documents; Analyzing reports, documents, and letters.

Position Requirements

Solid written and verbal communication skills; The ability to work well with individuals at all levels; Experience and knowledge of office related procedures, Knowledge of driver licensing policies and procedures, including relevant acts and regulations. Must be able to lift minimum 30lbs.
