About the role

Job Title: Account Receivable Specialist Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/year Benefits: RRSP, health/dental/vision package, reimbursement for tuition and professional dues, paid vacation, personal days, and sick days. The Position: General: Month End journal entries in Sage Process HST and provincial remittances monthly Perform day to day reporting and monthly financials for Eclipse companies Process month end reconciliations related to areas of responsibility Accounts Receivable: Issue project-based customer invoices as required Issue other invoices as required Receive and deposit cheques, and perform cash application in Sage Forward invoices to project managers for approval File approved invoices Expenses: Maintain the credit card programs for the company Issue new Amex cards to employees who have been requested to travel Insurance Contact: Obtain certificates of insurance from our provider to supply to customers and other business partners as required. Project Execution: Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely Complete other duties and projects as assigned Ensure scheduled milestones are met Notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business Travel: Expectation of travel to Eclipse locations is less than 5% of time, however may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances to meet organizational needs What We’re Looking For: Education: Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Bookkeeping or relative experience Experience: 2 years of experience in project accounts receivable Sage 50 Accounting Software considered an asset Exceptional attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing What We Offer:
