Internship Overview
We are looking for motivated interns to join either our Guest Services or Administrative tracks. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical skills in hospitality management and business operations, while being mentored by experienced professionals in a global company environment.
Interns based in Montréal, Toronto, or Ottawa may occasionally support operations in any of these cities. Transportation and accommodation (in Corporate Stays apartments) will be provided for such assignments. Key Responsibilities
Guest Services Track
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Complete Breezeway quality reports
- Capture short video tours of apartment units (using Ray-Bans or similar tools)
- Perform basic quality control inspections and escalate issues
Administrative Track
- Post and manage ads on Facebook Marketplace and groups
- Maintain databases and update apartment listings
- Support data entry and reporting tasks
- Collaborate with marketing and guest service teams to ensure listing accuracy
- Help document and standardize workflows
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Administration, or a related program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English or French)
- Proficient with Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently, including remote collaboration
Duration & Benefits
- Internship length: 2–6 months
- $500 CAD/month stipend
- Performance bonuses ($2 per completed Breezeway report or video captured)
- Hands-on mentorship with Corporate Stays managers
- Exposure to international hospitality operations
- Flexible hybrid/onsite setup (depending on role)
