About the role
We are seeking a TLM Developer to design, develop, and maintain TLM-based solutions for transaction and data reconciliation within a complex financial systems environment. This role requires strong technical expertise in TLM, integration skills, and a detail-oriented approach to ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data processing. You will be responsible for building robust reconciliation workflows, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TLM solutions for transaction and data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of TLM solutions with upstream and downstream systems.
- Perform data analysis and validation to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transaction processing and reconciliation workflows.
- Conduct system performance tuning and implement optimization strategies.
- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Technical Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) development and configuration.
- Knowledge of TLM reconciliation architecture, workflows, and integration points.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and transformation.
- Experience with financial data formats (SWIFT, FIX, XML, CSV) and related parsing/processing techniques.
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and batch job integration for TLM solutions.
- Understanding of system performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Functional Profile
- Strong understanding of financial transaction lifecycle, cash and securities reconciliation processes.
- Experience working in banking, capital markets, or financial services environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, operations teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in data-intensive environments.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.88/hour - $54.50/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
