- Minimum Requirements
Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve field-related issues promptly
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records
Assist in scheduling and sequencing of trades to optimize productivity and minimize delays
Review construction drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and propose field solutions
Communicate regularly with project managers and design teams to report progress, flag issues, and align on project goals
Oversee delivery, staging, and inventory of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability and proper handling
Support permit inspections and coordinate with municipal authorities to ensure compliance and readiness
Lead site meetings and toolbox talks to align crews, reinforce safety protocols, and maintain high performance standards
- Proven experience in site coordination or field supervision within residential or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, trades, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Familiarity with local building codes, OH&S regulations, and workplace safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing crews and subcontractors
- Solid problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure

- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
